If you are like most couples, your life is very busy. Because of this we encourage you to be creative in how you fit this program into your life. Use it in the way that best fits your schedules: weekly, monthly, etc.
Following is a suggested format.
-Together select a day on your calendar that both of you commit to set aside for a date.
-Before leaving for your date watch together the 10 minutes video and print the conversation starters (handouts) found on the disk.
-During the date have fun and take a few minutes to talk about what you saw on the video.
